The outcome

I help the athlete and parents understand the player’s current game, identify 20 thoughtful college targets, research where positional opportunities may exist, and approach coaches with clearer, more informed communication. I cannot create an opening or promise recruitment, but I can make the process far less random.

I review tournament footage before inviting anyone into the mentorship. The athlete and parents receive an honest assessment of strengths, development priorities, current competitive level, and whether this recruiting process appears appropriate right now.

What’s included
Film development plus a researched recruiting process.
A researched list of 20 colleges
We identify 20 college programs that fit the athlete’s goals, current level, academic interests, geography, and realistic recruiting range.
Roster and position analysis
I analyze publicly available rosters to identify graduating classes, positional depth, and programs that may have a future need at the athlete’s position.
Coach contact research
I find publicly listed contact information for the appropriate coaches so the athlete knows whom to contact at each program.
Email-process feedback
The athlete writes and sends every message. I provide feedback on clarity, positioning, film selection, follow-up timing, and how the athlete presents their story.
Ongoing volleyball support
Athletes and parents can bring day-to-day volleyball questions, recruiting decisions, communication concerns, and other problems that need a thoughtful next step.
Progress conversations
Regular athlete-and-parent check-ins keep the college list, film priorities, outreach process, and development goals current.
An athlete-owned process
The goal is not dependency. The athlete learns how to evaluate opportunities, communicate professionally, and take ownership of recruitment.
How the college list works
Twenty researched targets—not twenty promises.
College rosters, graduation years, position groups, and coach information are reviewed using publicly available information. That research can reveal potential fit and possible future need, but it cannot prove that a roster opening exists or that a coach will recruit the athlete.
The list is a working strategy. It can be adjusted as the athlete develops, academic priorities change, coaches respond, and more current information becomes available.

YOU
What remains the athlete’s responsibility
I advise the process. The athlete owns every communication and decision.
I will not contact college coaches on the athlete’s behalf. I will not send ghostwritten messages or write emails that pretend to be from the athlete. I can review the athlete’s draft, ask questions, and provide specific feedback before the athlete chooses what to send.
I also do not negotiate offers. If a coach communicates an opportunity, scholarship, financial-aid package, roster position, or other offer, the athlete and family must communicate and make decisions for themselves. I can help them organize questions and think through volleyball considerations, but I cannot represent them or negotiate on their behalf.
Eligibility boundary
Independent from my team coaching.
This mentorship is only available to athletes outside every team where I currently serve as a head coach or assistant coach. Participation does not purchase access, influence another coach, or guarantee selection, lineup decisions, or playing time on any team I coach.
